Our Workflow

Quality & Standards

We follow a structured QA workflow designed to improve consistency and reduce downstream issues for resale channels.

Three Pillars – SKF Tech
Our QA Framework

Three Pillars of Our QA Process

Every unit moves through three structured quality layers before it is cleared for resale or partner release.

Functional Testing Checkpoints
Audio output, Bluetooth pairing, charging function, and sensor performance verified on every unit. Failures are flagged and routed before grading.
Cosmetic Grading Standards
Units are evaluated against defined cosmetic criteria — Grade A, B, or C — based on surface condition, wear marks, and overall presentation for end-market fit.
Pass/Fail Sorting & Exception Handling
Every unit receives a final pass or fail determination. Failed units are quarantined, documented, and handled through a defined exception protocol — never mixed into resale lots.
